Automated Support and Decision Notice
How SureWorkers uses automated tools for matching, trust signals, fraud checks, pricing suggestions, support, and human review.
Automated features
SureWorkers may use automated systems to recommend workers, rank service fit, estimate fair pricing, suggest support responses, flag fraud, summarize evidence, and generate business insights for workers.
Automated outputs are support tools. They should not be treated as guaranteed truth or legal, financial, employment, or safety advice.
Trust and fraud signals
Trust scores may consider completed jobs, ratings, response speed, cancellation rate, lateness, verification status, dispute history, and suspicious behavior signals.
Fraud systems may flag fake reviews, abnormal booking patterns, fake payment claims, account abuse, referral abuse, or payout risk.
Human review
Important actions such as verification rejection, payout hold, account suspension, major dispute resolution, or fraud enforcement should allow human review where appropriate.
Users may contact support if they believe an automated signal is wrong or incomplete.
Data used for automation
Automated systems may process service requests, worker profiles, booking records, reviews, dispute evidence, support messages, and fraud signals where needed to operate and protect the platform.
Sensitive data should be minimized, protected, logged where appropriate, and handled under the Privacy Notice.
