Fees Policy
Platform fees, escrow/service fees, promoted notice fees, payout fees, verification fees, and subscriptions.
Platform service fee
SureWorkers may earn a platform fee from completed protected bookings. The fee should be disclosed before the customer funds escrow or before the worker accepts a final payout structure.
A fair starting structure for Nigeria can be a modest percentage with a cap, so small jobs remain affordable and larger jobs do not feel overcharged.
Other fees
SureWorkers may charge promoted notice fees, worker verification fees, subscriptions, payout fees, chargeback or administrative fees, or business account review fees where these are clearly disclosed.
Promoted listings and notices should not guarantee a job. They only increase visibility according to the stated promotion rules.
Worker earnings and wallet
When escrow is completed, the worker's earned amount may be credited to the SureWorkers wallet before withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be delayed for verification, fraud review, dispute review, regulatory checks, or payout account ownership checks.
Clear price disclosure
Customers should see worker amount, platform fee, escrow/payment charge if applicable, and total amount to fund before confirming.
Workers should see agreed amount, any applicable worker-side fee, wallet balance, pending balance, and payout status.
