Who can use SureWorkers?
You can use SureWorkers as a customer who wants to hire someone, as a worker who wants to render services, or as both. After login, choose the mode you want to use.
What kind of workers can customers find?
Customers can search for cleaners, plumbers, electricians, chefs, grill cooks, makeup artists, tailors, dispatch riders, event staff, photographers, mechanics, carpenters, artisans, POS agents, and other local services.
What if the service I need is not listed?
Search for the service by name or post a hire notice. SureWorkers can review new services and place them under the right category as the marketplace grows.
How does hiring work?
A customer chooses a service, enters the location and job details, reviews available workers or posts a hire notice, creates a booking, follows the protected payment steps, confirms completed work, and leaves a review.
How does offering services work?
A worker creates an account, chooses Offer services, completes onboarding, adds service details and locations, completes verification, and waits for approval before the profile goes live.
Why must workers complete verification?
Verification helps customers trust the platform and helps SureWorkers reduce fake profiles, payout fraud, and unsafe jobs. Worker profiles go live only after required checks are approved.
Do customers need verification too?
Normal browsing is simple, but customers may need phone or identity checks for high-value bookings, repeated disputes, suspicious activity, or safety-sensitive work.
Does SureWorkers employ the workers?
No. Workers are independent service providers. SureWorkers provides the marketplace, booking records, verification workflow, support, reviews, and payment protection process.
Can one account hire workers and also offer services?
Yes. One SureWorkers account can switch between Hire workers and Offer services. The worker side still requires onboarding and verification before customers can see the profile.
