Community and Safety Guidelines

Rules for safe jobs, communication, WhatsApp use, off-platform payment, harassment, and prohibited services.

Safe jobs only

Users must not request or offer illegal services, unsafe activities, weapons-related work, sexual services, fraudulent services, or work that violates another person's rights.

Customers should give accurate location and job details. Workers should only accept jobs they can safely and competently perform.

Communication rules

Users should keep important booking details inside SureWorkers or approved SureWorkers communication channels so there is a record if a dispute happens.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, pressure for off-platform payment, or intimidation can lead to suspension.

Payment safety

Do not pay workers outside SureWorkers for protected bookings. Do not start paid work until payment is marked secured.

Fake payment proofs, false completion claims, fake disputes, and fake reviews are prohibited.

In-person safety

Meet in safe places where possible, tell someone about the appointment, confirm job scope before work starts, and avoid sharing unnecessary private information.

SureWorkers may share safety tips during active bookings and may pause chats after completed deals become read-only.

Questions or complaints

If you need help understanding this policy or want to report a problem, contact SureWorkers support through the app or visit the complaints page. These policies work together with the booking, verification, payment, and payout screens shown to you.
