The main rules for using SureWorkers as a customer, worker, staff user, or linked JobRadarNG account holder.
One account across SureWorkers and JobRadarNG
A user can use one account across SureWorkers and JobRadarNG. After login, the user may choose the product mode available to them, such as hiring workers, offering services, finding opportunities, or recruiting talent.
Product roles do not remove verification requirements. A SureWorkers worker must still complete worker onboarding and required checks before going live.
Marketplace role
SureWorkers provides the marketplace, matching tools, booking records, escrow workflow, trust signals, communications, reviews, and operational support.
Workers are independent service providers, not employees of SureWorkers. Customers are responsible for describing jobs truthfully and confirming completion fairly.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not create fake accounts, submit false documents, manipulate reviews, request off-platform payment, threaten other users, post illegal jobs, or use SureWorkers for fraud.
SureWorkers may restrict, suspend, or close accounts where there is fraud risk, safety risk, regulatory concern, or repeated policy breach.
Fees and platform changes
SureWorkers may charge platform fees, promoted notice fees, verification fees, payout fees, subscriptions, or service fees. Applicable fees should be shown before the user confirms the relevant action.
Platform features, ranking rules, service categories, inspection periods, and payout procedures may change as SureWorkers improves the service and meets legal or regulatory requirements.
