For verification and payout safety, we may collect BVN or NIN details, selfie images, liveness results, bank account details, account-name match results, CAC details, business ownership notes, and compliance review notes.

Data is used to create accounts, authenticate users, recommend workers, manage bookings, operate escrow workflows, verify identities, process payouts, prevent fraud, handle disputes, send notices, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Some processing is needed to perform the service contract. Some processing is required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, consent-based checks, or legitimate platform interests.

SureWorkers may share only necessary data with trusted hosting, payment protection, verification, communication, analytics, professional advisory, regulatory, or law-enforcement parties where lawful and necessary.

Access to sensitive systems is restricted to approved staff and secure backend services.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or review of personal information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, and transaction-retention requirements.

SureWorkers should keep records only as long as needed for bookings, escrow audit trails, verification, tax/accounting, fraud prevention, regulatory obligations, or legal claims.
